The Counter Terrorism Service-Yemen has issued an update regarding the ACD certificate for shipments to Yemen. Starting February 1, 2025, it will be mandatory to obtain the ACD certificate at the port of loading and include the ACD number on the Bill of Lading for all containerized shipments.
The responsibility for securing this certificate lies with the shipper, exporter, or freight forwarder.
