According to a recent notification from the Malian Customs Administration, the Electronic Cargo Tracking Note (ECTN) is a mandatory requirement for all shipments bound for Mali.
We strongly advise exporters and forwarding companies to issue the ECTN at the port of loading. Failure to do so may cause processing delays and financial penalties at the destination.
