Purposes
We process your personal data so that we can contact you, carry out the agreement, inform you of changes to our services, deliver our services to you, send newsletters if you gave permission, make general or targeted offers, and manage your account on our website. We only process personal data that are necessary for these purposes. We also process your personal data to meet legal obligations, improve our services, investigate complaints and prevent fraud. We never sell your personal data to third parties. We do not build profiles of you and we do not take automated decisions that can have significant consequences for you. Where other companies process data on our behalf, we conclude a processing agreement with them.

Services we use on this site
- Zendesk
- Every message and request you send through the site becomes a ticket in our Zendesk helpdesk, together with any documents you upload, so that our team can answer it.
- Cloudflare Turnstile
- Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated spam. Cloudflare receives technical information about your browser and your IP address for this check.
- Country lookup
- To pre-fill the phone prefix and the country of departure, the site asks for your country once per visit. When our hosting does not provide it, your IP address is looked up with the ipwho.is service. Only the two-letter country code is sent back to your browser.
- Google Analytics
- Only if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used, with IP anonymisation. Nothing is sent to Google before you accept. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
- If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
- Tidio live chat
- The chat bubble at the bottom left is Tidio. If you open it and write to us, your messages and the details you give (such as your name or email address) are processed by Tidio so that our team can answer. Tidio loads after the page and sets its own cookies and browser storage to keep the conversation.
Cookies and storage in your browser
The site sets no analytics cookies unless you accept them. Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage) so that we do not ask again. The country found for the phone prefix is kept in your browser only for the current visit (session storage).

Are your personal data incorrect, incomplete, irrelevant for the purposes for which they are processed, or otherwise processed in breach of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or other legislation? Then you have the right to have them corrected, completed, deleted or blocked. You also have the right to object to the processing, to have less data processed, to withdraw a permission you gave, and to data portability. Safety
Personal data are personal and should stay that way. We find it just as important as you do that your personal data are not made public or processed unlawfully. We therefore take technical and organisational measures to handle your personal data safely, such as security software (virus scanner and firewall), passwords for electronic systems, a secure internet connection and backups.
How long we keep your data
We do not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary for the purposes above. Where the law requires a retention period, the data are kept no longer than the law requires.
